We have such great friends. We have been thankful for friends who have brought us dinners since Olivia was born. Today we got dinner and this beautiful blanket. I thought Olivia looked sweet on it earlier.

What....???

What is what we said when we got this picture text from the Griffin family when they babysat on Monday. Apparently they thought it would be funny for Eliza and Levi to switch pajama's. We kinda thought it was funny too! Its also funny that Eliza is 3 1/2 years older than Levi and can wear his pj's.

A special day.

Yesterday was my birthday and it was such a special day. We enjoyed the morning and afternoon at the beach and at lunch. Later that evening Brandon and I had a fun date night thanks to the Griffin family for babysitting. At the beach Levi loved wearing his glasses, kicking the ball with dada, and holding his sister. Meanwhile, Olivia enjoyed her nap on the beach. We can't get over how much she sleeps. I enjoyed being with my husband and my sweet children. Brandon gave me these necklaces symbolizing Levi as an oak tree and Olivia as a flower. We will post a you tube video with pictures of our family soon with a song called "Trees and Flowers." I had to take a shot of Levi's summer hair too. One day I think I will look back on this picture and can't believe how blonde his hair was when he was 2. I am very thankful for this past year and look forward to what this year has in store.

A big help!

Levi has been such a big help with his new sister. She started taking the paci better today. So Levi decided that he needed to help with her paci this afternoon. He is such a good brother already.

Irene

So we all faired well in Irene. We only lost power for a few hours. We were really lucky. This is a blurry picture but Brandon and Levi enjoyed getting outside after the storm!

Waiting on Olivia

I forgot to post this picture of the thre boys waiting on Olivia. They were outside of the hospital and enjoyed playing in the fountain. I love this shot. I think there will be a lot more moments of them waiting on Olivia!

Buddies

Our buddy Oliver

Our buddy Oliver is undergoing brain surgery this week. He is in Boston and our prayers are with him. Follow his story on their blog, http://lanierlanding.blogspot.com/. We went over there last week to give our hugs and they boys had a great time. Oliver thought it would be fun to ride on the Plasma car with Levi. Quite a load on that little car. After we had an "Oliver Dance" party... clearly Levi was having fun. We love you Ollie!

2 Weeks Old

Yesterday Olivia was 2 weeks old. She was celebrated at our friends house. Love this cake. Such a great idea. Why not monogram a fruit cake? There were a lot of kids there each couple had a toddler and a new little one for a total of 8 kids under 4. It was a great night celebrating OAA.

A great week!

Gaga came this week to help me out. We had a great time. Levi had so much fun with Gaga watching videos on her computer. Papah' came at the end of the week and Olivia loved talking to him. Levi is still so proud to be a big brother. We are so glad that he is adjusting to his new sister.

Lil' Bit

Lil' bit has become her nickname. She is a 11 days old today and is such a sweet baby. She is still sleeping a lot and just goes with the flow. My parents neighbor, Jinx McGraw made this beautiful blanket for her. She made a blue one for Levi and its his favorite. We love her blankets.

I love these shot. The first picture she couldn't be sweeter. I love her hands. The second shot she was not having it, I guess she was over the flash or maybe she is advanced and playing peek a boo!

The Adams Visit

The proud grandparents and aunt Ashley came for a visit to see the two grandbabies. They took Levi to see boats and to Monkey Joes. It was a great visit.
